These daily posts will cover
little known actors or people that have appeared in more recent films and TV
series. Various degrees of information that I was able to find will be gven and
anything that you can add would be appreciated.
Nicholas Aaron is a Welsh born actor of stage, film and
television. Nicholas attended London's prestigious Royal Academy of Dramatic
Art and was most recently seen as Billy Myers in the 2022 BBC/Amazon
Euro-western TV mini-series ‘The English’ directed by Hugo Blick.
He is best known for the memorable role of 'Popeye' Wynn
in HBO's multiple award-winning ‘Band of Brothers’ and 2004's BAFTA
award-winning ‘Touching the Void’ directed by Oscar-winning director Kevin
McDonald. Nicholas led the cast of short film “September”, which was awarded
the BAFTA for Best Short in 2008.
In his free time, he heads the alternate rock group
“Go-Go Maggie”.
