Far West Adventure Stories

This collective magazine was published on a monthly basis then bimonthly. It was published in 1948 in Genoa by Edizioni Avventure under the direction of Giovanni De Leo. It presented stories in western prose, written by Gian Luigi Bonelli (J. B. O’Selly), Giovanni De Leo (Little John), Renzo Barbieri and William Donald author of Red Killer. Black and white illustrations were drawn by Alvaro Mairani, Aldo Profumo, Epar, A. Todarello, Gallieno Ferri (Fergal). Color covers were by Alvaro Mairani (Almay) and Aldo Profumo. From #13 changes its name to Far West Adventures. On #15 is stamped the date August 1950 above May-June 1950, as well as above the distributor Messaggerie Italiane is stamped the inscription A.G.I.R.E. Announced but not found the #16 "Tomahawk". The comic collection ran from $1 October 30, 1948 to #15 on June 5, 1950. Each issue contained 48 pages.
