Who are Those Guys? - Aldo Barberito


Aldo Barberito was an Italian character actor appearing in over 30 films between 1961 and 1982. Most of his appearances were in 1960's and 1970's crime films such as "Sette orchidee macchiate di rosso" (1971) by Umberto Lenzi "Il casso Mattei" (1972), "Roma a mano armata", "Italia a mano armata" both in 1976 and "La banda del trucido" (1977). He was also a voice actor who dubbed into Italian such voices as Jack Albertson, Eric Sykes, Charles Coburn, Walter Huston, Mauro Vestri, Vic Morrow, Karl Malden, Claude Akins and Anthony Quayle. He also dubbed numerous cartoon characters and later became a dubbing director. Barberito also appeared on television and was a member of such TV series as 1962's "Una tragedia americana" and "La donna di fiori" (1969) and "Napoleone a Sant’Elena" (1973). Aldo also appeared in six Euro-westerns usually playing a priest. He died in Rome on April 14 1982.
