This comic book series was originally released on a monthly basis then bimonthly. It was published in 1948 in Genoa by Edizioni Avventure under the direction of Giovanni De Leo. It presents stories in western prose, written by Gian Luigi Bonelli (J. B. O’Selly), Giovanni De Leo (Little John), Renzo Barbieri and William Donald author of Red Killer. Black and white illustrations were by Alvaro Mairani, Aldo Profumo, Epar, A. Todarello, Gallieno Ferri (Fergal). Covers were by Alvaro Mairani (Almay) and Aldo Profumo. From #13 the series changed its name to Far West Adventures. On #15 is stamped the date August 1950 on May-June 1950, as well as on the distributor Messaggerie Italiane the inscription A.G.I.R.E. Announced but not found the #16 "Tomahawk".
The series was first published in 1948 #1 on October 30,1948 to #15 on June 5,1950.
