50th Anniversary of “His Name Was King”

Today is the 50th Anniversary of the premier of “His Name Was King” directed by Giancarlo Romitelli under the alias Don Reynolds and starring Richard Harrison and Klaus Kinski. The film tells the story of the gun smuggling Benson brothers who take their guns across the Mexican border. They kill John ‘King’ Marley’s (Richard Harrison) newly wedded brother and rape his wife. King is determined to stop their illegal activities and find out who is behind their activity and gain revenge for his family.
