We continue our search for filming locations for “Day of
Anger”. We see Talby riding through the hills and canyons away from Clifton with Scott Mary
following on his mule ‘Sartana’ as the great main theme plays in the
background. Frank stops and looks back to see Scott following some distance
behind then rides on ahead waiting in hiding for the young man to catch up
(actually it’s Romano Puppo as Talby in the riding scenes). When Talby asks
Scott why he’s following him he’s told that he wants to be like Talby and learn
how do use a pistol. Talby agrees and teaches him lesson 1) “Don’t beg another
man.” And after Scott hands over the $8.00 he’s saved lesson 2) “Never trust
anyone.” Talby rides off towards the town of Bowie and Scott mounts Sartana
telling him we have to go and hear the 3rd lesson.” and follows him.
