When Clint Eastwood flew to Italy and Spain to make “A Fistful of
Dollars” in 1964 he took several items with him that he used and wore on his TV
series “Rawhide” among which were the coiled rattlesnake grips on his Colt .45.
Above we see the grips which are seen in Rawhide and
below the same grips appear on the .45 of “The Man With No Name”
