In the beginning of the 20th century, Mexican patriots prepare a revolution against the dictator Diaz. Supporting the revolutionaries is young Felipe Rivera, whose parents were killed by the dictator. Everything is ready for an uprising, but the patriots lack weapons. To get the funds, Rivera challenges US champion prize fighter Ward for a purse that is used to buy the guns.
