Federico Chentrens
was born in Italy in 1938. He was an assistant director and occasional actor in
genre films between 1959 and 1968. Subsequently, he directed three films,
including two under the pseudonym Richard Owens. Subsequently, Chentrens moved
to Australia with his family in 1973. There he was to direct for television a
TV drama called “The Bushranger” but it fell through so he directed one episode
of TV series produced by his Fedra
Productions and the Italian Fauna Productions called “Boney” starring James
Laurenson and Kate Fitzpatrick. In 1976 “The Bushranger” TV film was
resurrected which Chentrens directed.

Federico Chentrens's mother was hungarian, Margit Dancsik and his father was an italian actor, Aldo Chentrens.
