We continue to our search for filming locations for the
1966 film “Navajo Joe”.
After Joe leaves with the train the scene shifts back to
the town of Esperanza where Holloway and the girls have just arrived with
wounded Geraldine. They ask Maria, the Indian girl, where the doctor is and she
tells them at the railroad station. She shows them the way Geraldine is carried
inside the station an treatment begins by Dr. Lynne.
This railroad station was constructed somewhere on the the
old railway tracks in Guadix, Spain. The
station was torn down after the film was finished and its exact location has
never been located.
