With the aim of promoting tourism in this enclave, the Senator Hotels & Resorts group announced its future projects to the Diputación

From the setting of the most popular western films shot in Almería, such as 'Death had a price' by Sergio Leone with Clint Eastwood as the protagonist, the Oasis Minihollywood has hosted the meeting of Senator Hotels & Resorts, owner of the enclave, and the Provincial Council of Almería, in which the future projects that will promote tourism were broken down and with the challenge of increasing flights with Almería and lengthening the much-feared seasonality.

Among the projects planned by the hotel group in the Oasys Minihollywood Theme Park to be carried out during the coming winter, the expansion of the entrance and lockers and the shade to make waiting for customers more pleasant stand out. In addition, they foresee that from the parking lot to the entrance to the park, the music of the five best-known films worldwide that have been shot in the park will be heard.

Likewise, the recreation of Fort Cóndor and an Indian village will be made. From the hotel group, they also want to highlight the importance of the Cinema Museum with more illuminated explanatory signs that can be easily read.

Among its plans, there is also the creation of the West station with a passenger car adapted to the Far West and, as a star project, the installation of a round trip zip line to admire the landscape of the only desert in Europe.

Among other needs that were exposed to the tourism deputy, Fernando Giménez, despite the fact that it is not the responsibility of the administration, is the need for water and a roundabout to exit the park to National 340.
