RIP Buff Douthitt

Buff Douthitt a member of the Rodeo Hall of Fame and character actor died at his Santa Fe, New Mexico home on September 4^th. He was 91. Born in Hagerman, New Mexico on October 29, 1924 Buff became a steer roper and trick roper at New York City’s Madison Square Garden in the 1940s and even appeared on the front of a Wheaties box. Buff appeared as the Mayor in the film “Lucky Luke” (1990) and the TV series of the same name starring Terence Hill.
