Eckhard Bilz was born in
Berlin, Germany in 1938. Eckhard has led a diverse life as an actor appearing
in over 60 film and TV appearances and is best known for his roles in “Die
Pferdekur” (1969), “Die aus der 12b” (1962) and “Effi Briest” (1970). He’s also
done work as a German voice actor, especially as various voices on the TV
series ‘Star Trek’ where he’s voiced over two dozen characters.
Bilz appeared in two East German Euro-westerns: “Osceola” (1970) and “Death for Zapata” (1976). Still working today he was last seen in the 2012 TV series ‘Klinik am Alex’ in the role of the lawyer.
