Ciro Berardi was born in Franco, Pesaro e Urbino, Marche,
Italy on May 11, 1909. In 1942 he starred in Berardi Ciro’s “Casanova farebbe
cos’” with Eduardo De Filippo and Peppino De Filippo. In 1942 he appeared in his
only Euro-western “The Kid of the West” as a townsman. In 1949, he worked with
director Riccardo Freda on the set of the film “Il conte Ugolino”. In 1950 he
was seen in “Figaro qua... Figaro là” (1951) playing the role of Alvarez the
innkeeper. In 1951 he joined the cast of the film “Totò Tarzan” as a supporting
actor to Totò and Alba Arnova. In all Berardi appeared in over 50 films during
his career before he passed away at the early age of 53 on November 25, 1961 in
his hometown.
