Veteran Spanish voice actress Enriqueta Linares died in Spain on August 1st she was 90. She began in the world of dubbing at the Ràdio Jovintud academy, and continued her career at Radio Miramar, where she presented the programs ‘Mujeres’ and ‘Barcelona, te quiero’. She made the leap to Radio Nacional de España, also in the Catalan capital, and in the world of dubbing, she gave voice to all kinds of European actresses and icons. On the international scene, beyond animation, she also had the opportunity to dub such leading actresses as Bette Davis in ‘Roots’.
