Little Known Spaghetti Western Actors ~ Lamberto Antinori

[These daily posts will cover little known actors or people that have appeared in more recent films and TV series. Various degrees of information that I was able to find will be given and anything that you can add would be appreciated.]

Lamberto Antinori was born in Femo, Marche, Italy on December 15, 1930. He graduated from the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia (C.S.C.) and went on to appear in twenty-five films from 1954 to 1966. Since he was a C.S.C alumni many of his roles should be questioned as to the practice of using these actors for tax credit purposes so only their names appeared only in the credits of films but they are nowhere to be seen in finished product. The good-looking actor who resembled Gianni Garko never reached stardom, which may have caused him to rethink his decision to stop acting.

Lamberto’s only Spaghetti western was as Deputy Sheriff Boston in 1966’s “El Cisco” starring William Berger.

Antinori died in his hometown of Fermo on April 5, 2015 at the age of 85.
