We continue our search for the
locations for “Adios, Sabata”. After Sabata spots Ballantine driving the gold
wagon away he along with Escudo, Septiembre and Gitano peruse him on horseback.
They stop on a low ridge and Sabata puts several well placed shots from his
rifle into the back of the barrel on the wagon and the gold nuggets begin to
fall out and onto the road.
This scene was filmed in
Rabbit Paso in Almeria, Spain.
