Spaghetti Western Locations

We continue to our search for filming locations for the 1966 film “Navajo Joe”. Suddenly during the battle between Joe and the Duncan gang we see Vee dragging Estella out of the saloon by her hair. She yells to Joe to save her. Duncan tell Joe to throw down his rifle and come down or he’ll kill the Indian girl. Joe throws his rifle down from the roof of the building and comes down. 

This scene was shot in Oaysis/Mini Hollywood.

[Nicoletta Maciavelli told Chris Casey that she worked out the scene with Aldo Sambrell. Aldo was afraid of hurting her as he pulled her down the steps to the street. They were able to work it out where Aldo has a hold of her hair but Nicoletta is able to grab and hold on to his arm so her hair was not actually pulled.]
