Leading a gang of a dozen or more outlaws, two brothers control the town of White City, one holding it in fear with an iron hand, and the other taking charge of collecting the money extorted by the first. A bounty hunter named Frank arrives in White City attracted by the bounties on the heads of the gang. He’s helped by a cripple named Zoppo and the two of them are able to liberate White City from the grip of the Carson Brothers.
