We continue our search for film locations for “The Mercenary”. The scene moves from Curly cheating at poker to the crap table and a Sergei Kowalski (Franco Nero) strikes a match behind the Studs (Franco Ressel) the croupier’s ear and lights his cigarette. He then asks for the dice and nonchalantly throws them on the table and rolls a 7. He throws them again and says, “I’ll bet it’s another 7”, which it is. He then asks the croupier if he likes milk. He answers, “Not much”. Kowalski orders a glass of milk. He then drops the dice in the milk and forces the croupier to drink it. He orders the croupier to give all the money any of the people lost back to them. Sergei walks to the bar to get a drink and Curly walks over to the croupier and takes the glass from his hand puts it on the crap table and places his pistol in it. The croupier takes the hint and points the gun at Kowalski and warns him he’s playing with fire by challenging him. Kowalski tells the man he wears gloves but the croupier tells him he doesn’t see them. Sergei tells him it’s because he took them off because he shotts better and promptly shoots the gun out of the croupier’s hand. Sergei walks past the croupier pats him on the cheek and calls him a naughty boy. He then gets his hat says hello to Curly, who he tells he was surprised to see him there and that he didn’t see him. He then walks out the door.
