RIP David Huddleston. Veteran film and TV actor David
Huddleston died at his Santa Fe, New Mexico home today. He was 85. Born
September 17, 1930 David William Huddleston was seen on TV and screen in over
145 appearances since 1960. He’s best remembered for his roles in “Blazing
Saddles” (1974) and “The Big Lebowski” (1998). Huddleston appeared in two
Spaghetti westerns “Billy Two Hats” 1974 as trading post owner Copeland and as
Ben Landon in a “Lucky Luke” TV episode “The Ghost Train” (1992). His son
Michael Huddleston was also an actor.
