Who Are Those Guys? - Vittorio Bonos

Vittorio Bonos was born sometime in 1908 and was the brother of Gianni Bonos [1907-1956] and Luigi Bonos [1910-2000]. He was the son of two Hungarian circus artists and along with his brothers Luigi [1908-1966] and Giovanni [1907-1956] Bonos formed a trio known as ‘I fratelli Bonos’ as comedians who met large success in the theaters and revues theater between the 1930s and 1940s. He made his film debut in1945’s “L'ippocampo” as an acrobat, and since then he appeared in eighteeen films, usually as a character actor. Among his films were five Euro-westerns. He’s probably best remembered as Yellow Hand in “Two Mafiamen in the Far West” (1964) with Franco & Ciccio, as Stanford in 1966’s “Death Walks in Laredo” as Slim Anderson in 1967’s “Ringo and His Golden Pistol”.

Vittorio passed away sometime in 1966 most likely in Rome, Italy.
