Padre Murray arrives in Valley City, a town located on the Texas Mexican border to put some brakes on the prevailing immorality. But he’s black, which produces disillusionment among the locals, as many years ago they hanged a black man accused of robbery and murder. However, the real culprit was Ray Terris, is currently planning another robbery and stirs up the town against the padre in order to once again cover his evil deeds.
