An ex-rancher named Clint Brenner and the a gunman named Reese, both equal gunfighting skills, are independently recruited to help farmer Seth Grande help the locals of the Manitoba, Canada town of Glory City escape from the tyranny of large ranch owner Jack Villaine's rule of terror. The two men become friends on the job but are unaware they'll be pitted against each other as adversaries in the town's founder's day spectacular duel to the death by a last-minute substitution by Villaine who intends to use the competition to eliminate the pair. They turn the tables on the rancher and win the day for the local farmers.
