Producer, director, writer, actor Ron Satlof died on July
2, 2018 in St. Petersburg, Florida. He was 79. Ronald Gilbert Satlof was born
in New York City on October 27, 1938. he graduated from Carnegie Mellon
University in Theatre. After moving to Los Angeles early in his career, his
artistic talents lead to an Academy Award nomination for his short film, Frog
Story. Having directed many films and hit TV shows for over 35 years (Perry
Mason, McCloud, The A Team, and others), Ron became one of the most respected
and well-known talents in Hollywood. Ron directed six episodes of New World’s TV
series “The New Zorro” (1990-1993).
