Luciana Gilli
was born on November 11, 1944 in Rome, Lazio, Italy. Gilli appeared in over 20
films and TV appearances beginning with an uncredited role in 1953’s “Siamo
donne” directed by Alfredo Guarini. Used mainly as window dressing Luciana
would appear in four Euro-westerns: “A Coffin for the Sheriff” and “The Colt is
My Law” (both 1965), “Death at Owell Rock” (1966) and “Pecos Cleans Up” (1967).
Her last film appearance was in 1971’s “Riuscirà il
nostro eroe a ritrovare il più grande diamante del mondo?”
She was
sometimes credited under the aliases Gloria Gilli, Luciana Gillj and Judy
Gilly.
Today we
celebrate Luciana Gilli’s 70th birthday.
