Trinity's Sausage & Beans Recipe

Here's the cinema recipe of the day, a fast second course directly from the western "They Call Me Trinity" prepared by TV chef Benedetta Parodi. Sausage and beans eaten by Terence Hill.

Here is the recipe.

Ingredients Sausage and Beans for 4 persons :
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
red wine
1 cup tomato sauce
1 pound of sausage
1 can of pinto beans

Preparating Benedetta Parodi’s recipe for Sausage and Beans
Brown the onion in a frying pan with oil and garlic

Add the sausage, cut into pieces to fry

Sprinkle with red wine (or whiskey).

Add the beans and tomato sauce and stir with a wooden spoon.

Season with salt and pepper and add rosemary.

Continue cooking for about 15 minutes and serve directly in the pan.
