Vincenzo Tempera was born on September 18, 1946 in Milan, Italy. Vince is a keyboardist and arranger. He’s best remembered by Euro-western fans as one-third of the composing trio Bixio, Frizzi and Tempera with co-composers Fabio Frizzi [1951- ] and Franco Bixio [194?- ] He began his career in 1966 playing with the Italian band ‘The New Era’. He would play barefoot and jump on the piano ala Jerry Lee Lewis. In 1970 he joined ‘The Pleasure Machine’ and did their arrangements. In 1974 along with guitarists Mario Lavezzi and Albert Radius, with bass player Bob Callero and drummer John Dall’Aglio they formed the group ‘The Flight’. At the same time under the pseudonym Andre Carr he released several 45 and 33 rpm records for Harmony Records. During the late 1970's he worked with Frank Sinatra at his live concerts. In 1978 he receive a gold record for "Atlas Ufo Robot". Still active today we celebrate Vince Tempera’s 65th birthday.
