Billy was an alias for Susanna Atkinson who appeared in one film in 1972 as Betty/Jill Harrison/Murrayson in “Il ritorno di Clint il solitario” (The Return of Clint the Stranger) starring Geroge Martin and Klaus Kinski. Apparently, that was the end of her acting career.
I can find no other biographical information on her.
