Mihai Bălaş (not to be confused with Mihai Balas Jujuca [1942-1992] as they apparently are two different people) was a Romanian theater actor who appeared in five films from 1974 to 1987. His only western appearance was as a 2nd lieutenant in 1973’s “Ulzana” starring Gojko Mitic.
