Spaghetti Western Trivia - The origin of the Man With Nowhere poncho (Part 2)

In “Zorro the Avenger” (1962), Jesus Tordesillas who plays Raimundo, the de la Torre Servant, has it draped over his shoulders at night in the buggy and in the cave. 








The artwork by Charles Simmons aka Carlo Simi. Scenographer on A FISTFUL OF DOLLARS (shown below) looks pretty official and not a recent fake mockup.

So, if the detailed art is from 1964 and not For a Few Dollars More Carlo Simi & Sergio Leone had seen the Jesús Tordesillas poncho from Zorro
