A total of at least 59 issues were published of this comic book series in four years. Numbering was not consecutive.

It initially was published with Western-themed short stories, then republished with a series from the Le Nouve Avventure  series, including Alex Dello Spazio by Guido Buzzelli. On. September 11, 1955, begins the collection of the first six-issue series of Susan Bill and the Three Musketeers of the West from the Foto Avventura comics (Diana Editions, 1953) illustrated by Guido Buzzelli.

From 1956, the format changed and once again featured Western storylines, including "The Magnificent Adventurer" with Gary Cooper and "The Avenger of the Sioux" with Mala Powers. The appendix includes the comic Cyclon by Onofrio Bramante.

The series was first published in 1954 with issue #1 being released in August and ended with issue #16 in October 1958. It was published by GDI in Rome, Italy under editor in chief Nello Conforti. Each issue contains 48, 96 or 128 black and white pages with color covers.
