Film Adventures – The Big Firm
This comic book series was published in continuous photo novels. It debuted with the western Arizona Kid created by Damiano Damiani, “The Oasis of the Dead City” and “The Adventures of Peter”, written by Guido Martina. The complete the magazine it was illustrated by Corrado Caesar. This was followed by film novels in installments ends with a long complete film novel, of which the latest found is #303 entitled “Divine Madness”. From #126 (March 1952) the title is Le Grande Firme”.
This series premiered in 1949 with issue #1 released on
October 23, 1949 and ending with issue #303 on February 1, 1956. It was
published by AMO under the direction of Luciano Pedrocchi in Milan, Italy. Each
issue contained 16 black and white pages with black and white covers.
