Today marks the 50th anniversary of the Rome premier of “Kill Django… Kill First” (aka Tequila) directed by William S. Regan (Sergio Garrone) and starring Giacomo Rossi Stuart billed as Jack Stuart and Aldo Smbrell, George Wang and the beautiful Krista Nell billed under her real name Doris Kristanell. The fil tells the story of a banker named Burton (played by Sambrell), who dreams of owning all the mines in the region. He uses the bandit Martinez (George Wang) to kill and drive off the miners. When Johnny/Django (Stuart) arrives he tries to pin a murder on him to get him out of the way.
