American actor Gene Collins, probably best remember for
his role as Babra in 1970s “Kelly’s Heroes” starring Clint Eastwood appeared in
10 Euro-westerns as well as the Euro-western TV series “The New Zorro”
(1990-1992) starring Duncan Regehr. After the Spaghetti western craze died off
Collins remained in Spain running a bar pouring beers and mixing Tom Collins
cocktails. Today he’s retired and living in Pacific Grove, California with his
wife Michelle.
