Polish born cinematographer Adam Greenberg died in Los
Angeles, California on October 31st. He was 88. Born Adam Grinberg in Kraków,
Malopolskie, Poland. Greenberg was raised in Tel Aviv, Israel and began work as
a film lab technician in 1958. While working as a newsreel and cameraman in the
early 1960s, he began his cinematographer career. He’s best known for his work
on the James Cameron, Arnold Schwarzenegger films “The Terminator” (1984),
Terminator 2: Judgment Day” (1991), and the Patrick Swayze, Demi Moore classic
“Ghost” (1990). Greenberg worked on one Euro-western, “Madron” in 1970 starring
Richard Boone and Leslie Caron.
