Who Are Those Guys? ~ Dragomir Felba

 

Dragomir Felba was a Serbian and Yugoslav film, theater and television actor. Born in Skoplie, Yugoslavia on July 7, 1921, he studied at law school, and later at the Film School in Belgrade, which he finished in 1950. He made his debut at the National Theatre of Kragujevac but in 1952, he moved to the Yugoslav Drama Theatre. Since 1956, he was a freelance artist. His first film role was in 1948 in the film "Sofka" and his famous role as Barba Zvane in the film of the same name "Barba Zvane." For his role as Obrad in "Kozara" at the Pula Film Festival, he was awarded a special award. He went on to appear in more than one hundred films from 1948 to 2000.

In August 1981, he received Life Achievement Award "Slavica" for his roles in Yugoslav cinematography.

Dragomir Felba died in Belgrade, Serbia on July 13, 2006, a week after turning 85.
