Little Known Spaghetti Western Actors ~ José Antonio Amor

 [These daily posts will cover little known actors or people that have appeared in more recent films and TV series. Various degrees of information that I was able to find will be given and anything that you can add would be appreciated.]

José Antonio Amor is a Spanish film and television. He studied Economic Science at Complutense University of Madrid. Amor appeared in only 9 film and television appearances between 1965 and 1973. Some of his better-known films are “El juego de la oca in 1965, directed by Manuel Summers, and in “Timanfaya” (Amor prohibido) in 1972, directed by José Antonio de la Loma. His only Spaghetti western role was as Jerry in “The Buzzards and Crows Will Dig Your Grave” in 1971

  1. I like the name Amor. In Spanish, the word "amor" means love. So technically speaking, Jose Antonio Amor is literally Joseph Anthony Love. I get a feeling that if he really wanted to, he would call himself Joe Love. Hey, that wouldn't be such a bad idea. Imagine that. A movie called, "Joe Love". Adorable. With a name like Amor, how can you NOT love him? Wonderful.
