A total of 23 issues came out which were divided into five series. Non-progressive numbering. Series I #1 (1935) #2 (1936) Series II #1 (21 Sept. 1939) #3 (1939) Series III #1 (Nov. 1940) #5 (Dec 1940) Series IV #1 (April 26, 1941) #3 (June 1, 1941) V Series #1 (April 2, 1942) #10 (Dec. 1942)
Series I: a reissue of two episodes already appeared in Audace, one by Tarzan (#60/81) and one by Brick Bradford (#60/98).
Series II: n. 1 comes out as a supplement to #299. The material was of English origin.
Series III: still
publishes material of English origin, even if partially attributed to Italian
authors. In these registers, which come out during the Daini dell' Audace
management, no fiscal data is indicated, except the initials S.E.S.A., the
printer, which could also be that of the publisher.
Series IV: they all come out as a “Audace supplement”. The #1 (suppl. N. 1 to #343 of April 26, 1941) reprints the tables already published in Audace from #325 to #335; the #2 (suppl. #2 to #346 of May 17, 1941) presents an episode of English origin; the #3 (suppl. #2 of June 1941) reprints the tables already published by #325 to #330.
Series V: the first three books are presented by the publisher as special books by Capitan Fortuna (CF) by Rino Albertarelli, actually they come out as Aldo Audace #393bis, #394bis and #395 (but these numbers bear cover dates different from those of the books #393/395 which continue to publish the exploits of Furio by Bonelli / Cossio and reprint the tables already appeared on Aldo Audace from #366 (October 4, 1941) under #390 (March 12, 1942), but now with captions. #4 collects the first three in reprint and completes the cycle of Capitan Fortuna. The two books of Orlando (OR) are then released in a larger format: #5 (June 24, 1942) bears the caption Aldo Audace #338bis (with date canceled: May 31, 1942) and reprint the plates already appeared on Aldo Audace from #356 (July 26, 1941), the first tables, already the work of Vittorio Cossio, are redrawn by Rino Albertarelli; and #6 (July 2, 1942) bearing the words Aldo Audace #339bis (with deleted date: June 30, 1942). Covers by Enrico Bagnoli, Rino Albertarelli and Vittorio Cossio. Meanwhile on Aldo Audace, from #403 to #413, the feats of Orlando, following the first two special books (here called #5 and #6) have taken the place of those of Furio, which then resume with #414. In this period three other supplements are released: the seventh (suppl. Bold #1) with the episode of Furio (FU) "In the Belly of the Colossus" which acts as a link between the adventure interrupted on #401 and taken up on #414, the eighth (suppl. Audace #2) and the ninth (suppl. Audace #3) which conclude the Orlando cycle. The tenth is a volume of 176 pages that re-proposes Furio's adventure in Mongolia (#385/399).
