Italian producer Alsonso Sansone died in Rome on August
19th. He was 91. Sansone along with his partner Henryk Chroscicki
produced and distributed many films and documentaries during the 1950s through
the 1970s in Italy. Born in Palermo, Sicily in 1924, he was the producer of
such Euro-westerns as: Death Rides a Horse (1966), Day of Anger (1967), Beyond
the Law (1968), It Can Be Done… Amigo (1970), The Grand Duel, and Massacre at
Fort Holman both 1972
