We continue our search for locations for “A Few Dollars
for Django”. The scene shifts from the sheriff’s office to the Norton ranch
where Nancy and Trevor are finishing dinner. Nancy goes off to bed while Trevor
opens a trunk and examines a fancy two holster rig. Nancy surprises him on the
second floor landing and Trevor, startled tells her he must be prepared after
what happened earlier that day. Nancy asks if he’s going to attack the ranchers
and he says no when they go to town tomorrow he will deliver a truce proposal
to Brandsbury. Nancy says she’s happy and is also looking forward to going to
town so she can tell Sheriff Regan that she is in love with him.
The scene was shot at the full scale ranch at Colmenar
Viejo Rancho Cubero-Galicia. Nothing is left but an open field and the remains
of the chimney of the once large ranch house.
