Kai ‘Kay’
Fischer was born on March 18, 1934 in Prague, Czechoslovakia. Kai found fame in
German films beginning with an appearance in “Oh, diese lieben Verwandten”
(1955). Still active today her last film was in 2013 as Karin Field in “Die
Gentlemen baten zur Kasse”. Kai appeared in only one Euro-western “Bullets
Don’t Argue” (1964) as Elena/Helen.
Kai was also a singer and a screenwriter writing thirteen episodes for the TV series ‘Die Karte mit dem Luchskopf’ from 1963-1965.
Today we celebrate Kai Fischer’s 80th birthday.
