Little Known Spaghetti Western actors ~ Corrado De Cenzo

[These daily posts will cover little known actors or people that have appeared in more recent films and TV series. Various degrees of information that I was able to find will be given and anything that you can add would be appreciated.]

Corrado De Cenzo was born in Agrigento, Sicily, Italy on May 18, 1897. He came from a theatrical dynasty, of Neapolitan origin, he was a character actor who appeared mainly in the theater and occasionally in the cinema in about twenty-five films from 1937 until his death in 1942 at the age of 45.

De Cenzo’s only Euro-western was an uncredited role in 1942’s “Una signora dell’ovest” (The Girl of the Golden West) based on David Belasco’s story and considered by most as the first modern day Euro-western.
