I CLASSICI DEL FUMETTO

This comic book series was a series of critical monographs. Each volume focuses on a character. After a lengthy introduction, a summary of the story is presented through a selection of strips alternating with short texts. The appendix contains the character's chronology. In some cases (Ken Parker, Tex), the first introductory section is more extensive than the second. The first issue is published as a supplement to issue 10 of the magazine Many Comics and is published by "La Siciliana." The second and third issues are published by the Palermo Comics Cultural Association; from the fourth issue onward, the publisher is the L'Arca Perduta Cultural Association.

The magazine was published in 1984 with issue #1 being released in January and it ended with issue #14 in 2000. It was published by ACC (Associazione Culturale Palermo Comics) in Palermo, Italy. Each issue contained between 96 and 140 black and white pages with color covers.
