The stern looking Petar Dobrić was born in Osijek, Croatia, Yugoslavia on June 26, 1923. He was a character actor who had a substantial but small role in several of the Karl May westerns of the 1960s. Dobrić also appeared in a few Italian and international co-productions, between the years 1960-1983.
He appeared in over 50 films and television series from at least 1960 to 1982.
The versatile Dobrić played mainly Indian roles, Mexicans and gringos in his five Euro-westerns.
He died on February 8, 1992, aged 68, in Zagreb, Croatia.
