Avventuroso was a weekly magazine which published three photo novels in continuation. The debut edition was the western series Arizona Kid created by Damiano Damiani, "The Oasis of the City of the Dead" and "The Adventures of Peter", scripted by Guido Martina. To complete the magazine were the photographic and illustrated services of Corrado Caesar were used. Later it presented cineromzi in installments and finally only one long complete cineromanzo, of which the latest found is #303 entitled "Divine Madness". From #126 (March 1952) the title is “Le Grandi Firme”. The year of the first publication was on October 23, 1949 and ended with #303 on February 1, 1956: 1949 and ended with #303 01.02.1956. The magazine was published by Periodici Mondadori in Milan, Italy under the direction of Luciano Pedrocchi. Each issue contained 16 black and white pages with black and white photo covers.
