RIP Mauro Vestri

Versatile Italian actor Mauro Vestri, who appeared on stage, film and as a TV presenter was found dead in his apartment on September 2^nd. He was 77. Born on February 25, 1938 in Genoa, Italy, Vestri last film appearance was with Paolo Villagio in “Fantozzi 2000 – Cloning” (1999). Vestri’s wife was in New York at the time of his death which investigators say he may have ingested poison a week before his body was discovered. Mauro appeared in one Euro-western: Once Upon a Time in the Wild Wild West – 1973 as the piano player.
