After a gang of notorious outlaws rape and kill Django’s wife, he sets out on their trail. Along the way, he rescues a loud mouth horse thief named Carranza from an impromptu hanging. He discovers the man know the identity of perpetrators of those who murder of his wife. The men team up and head west for revenge against the 4 Leaf Clover Gang.

  1. I've actually seen this film and I own it on DVD as part of a "Django" Spaghetti Western collection that my late grandmother gave me. I had no idea she had it! I also had no idea that the name of the gang was the 4 Leaf Clover Gang. That gang sounds like it should be a chapter of the Irish Mafia. But I DO like the Django films, even the ones that have little or nothing to do with Django whatsoever. He's one of my favorite characters in Spaghetti Westerns and I plan on making a Spaghetti Western of my own in the near future called, "Django Rises" which has Django going up against the Mafia in Texas in 1929. That should be fun. As always, wish me luck and Viva Django!
