Terence Hill Bistro opens– Dresden, Germany

After a soft opening phase lasting several weeks, the world's first Terence Hill Bistro officially opened at 11:30 a.m. on 22 August. Before the doors of the restaurant on Wilsdruffer Straße opened to the public, members of the press had the opportunity to take a look around. The first fans gathered in front of the shop long before the opening, some of them mistakenly expecting Terence Hill to be there in person. However, the opening took place without any guests of honour. When the doors finally opened, the many fans curiously entered the new restaurant, took lots of pictures of the stylish interior and, of course, enjoyed the food, drinks and ice cream.

The restaurant has two floors. The ice cream counter is located in the entrance area downstairs, followed by a large, inviting saloon bar. There is also plenty of seating downstairs and a small whisky lounge. A staircase leads to the upper area, which has additional seating. Terence Hill's original motorcycle from the film "My Name is Thomas" is also on display here. Further exhibits will be added in the coming weeks.

As Terence Hill has been a vegetarian for many years, the new bistro serves exclusively vegetarian dishes. The menu ranges from beans, salads, bowls and baked potatoes to burgers, pinsa, pasta and desserts such as cakes and, of course, ice cream sundaes from Gelateria Girotti. Between 9 and 11:30 a.m., the restaurant also offers a breakfast menu. And of course, there are drinks in all colours and shapes, including all Terence Hill and Bud Spencer whiskies and liqueurs from St. Kilian.
