Manuel Díaz Velasco is/was a Spanish supporting and character actor. He appeared in twelve films between 1956 and 1986.
Billed as Emanuel Day he appeared in only one Spaghetti western as Hiram/Wrath in 1979’s “Siete cabalgan hacia la Muerte”.
I can find no biographical information on him.
